ComAp strengthens its local presence by opening three subsidiaries in France, Turkey and Japan

ComAp, the leading provider of smart power generation and control solutions, is strengthening its network globally by opening three new subsidiaries in France, Turkey and Japan. With this step, ComAp aims to foster closer collaboration and stronger customer relationships in these markets, explore new opportunities, and further reinforce its local presence, which has now grown to 15 subsidiaries globally.

“One of our core commitments to our customers is to support their work and needs, ideally hands-on, in the region where they operate, with local sales, expertise and technical support. Whilst maintaining a robust network of distributors, we actively seek new opportunities to expand our presence directly, recognising the strategic value of establishing a direct connection with our customers. This growth and stronger local presence further solidify our position as a leader in smart control solutions. We look forward to the opportunities ahead and remain steadfast in our mission to support the world’s transition to sustainable energy solutions,” says Frederic Deman, ComAp CEO.

In France, ComAp acquired its up-to-now exclusive distributor for France and selected regions in Africa, H-T-F. “We will continue to serve these markets with the same dedication and further invest in their development, now under the new management and in closer collaboration and alignment with our headquarters,” explains Florent Simon, Managing Director of ComAp France. The previous owner of H-T-F, Thierry Hrynkiw, has been appointed Sales Director of ComAp France and will continue to work alongside the new leadership to advance ComAp’s activities in this market. In terms of business, one of ComAp France's primary focal points will centre around the development and implementation of hybrid microgrids.

ComAp Turkey and ComAp Japan are entirely new subsidiaries established to strengthen ComAp´s position and presence in these markets. In Turkey, ComAp will work to support its key customers in the power generation and marine markets. “With our office in Istanbul and a dedicated local team, we will enhance the level of customer care and technical support we provide to our customers in Turkey,“ says Cenk Eryigit, Managing Director of ComAp Turkey.

The ComAp Japan office is located in Yokohama and is led by Milan Mlejnek, President of ComAp Japan, and Ken Mizukami, Country Manager for Japan. “We see great potential in the traditional power generation market and believe that with our know-how and extensive experience, ComAp can significantly contribute to increasing the efficiency and resiliency of the energy market in Japan and help them with their commitments towards sustainability and net zero,” says Mlejnek.

ComAp’s global presence of 15 subsidiaries is further supported by a strong network of 60+ distributors worldwide.
