Single Gen-set Controllers Training
Location: Prague 7, U Uranie 1612/14a, 17000, Czech Republic
Training fee: 220 EUR per person per day
Capacity: 18 participants
The course is focused on InteliLite, InteliGen 200, and InteliGen 500 controllers. Participants are expected to have basic knowledge of gen-sets and power distribution systems. No previous knowledge of ComAp products is required.
After finishing this training, you will know which ComAp product to choose for your application, where to get detailed information about using the device, and how to configure the controller.
Further to this, you will also gain knowledge of extending controller capabilities using ComAp controller accessories, including information about remote monitoring and control systems.
Basics of complex sites using multiple gen-sets in an island or parallel to mains operation are explained.
The training contains several practical sessions where you will be working directly with ComAp controllers.
*In case of unexpected circumstances (limited travels, quarantine etc.), the course may be transferred to an online version.
9 AM - 12 PM | Single genset applications & controllers overview ComAp technical support and website introduction, general overview of applications, documentation, controllers and possibilities of extending their functionality. |
12 PM - 12:45 PM | Lunch break |
12:45 PM - 4 PM | Configuration PC tools overview: InteliConfig, WinScope. Controller software manamgement - Firmware, Archive. Hands-on training focused on the controller configuration using single genset simulators. Introduction of the PLC editor its basic functions. |
9 AM - 12:15 PM | Communications Internal and external communication modules, supported communication protocols. AirGate, WebServer, ECU. Hands-on training on MODBUS RTU/TCP, CM-Ethernet module. |
12:15 PM - 1 PM | Lunch break |
1 PM - 4:30 PM | WebSupervisor & Commissioning Websupervisor introduction - account creation, unit registration, remote monitoring and control, data logging, user management. Websupervisor (PRO features): dashboard, groups and basic SCADA, data log versus reports. Commissioning and its important steps. |
