The Inter-controller CAN convertor offers:

  • Great operational flexibility for a site operating with a fleet of different brands of gen-set controllers
  • Load and VAr sharing between ComAp’s and DSE’s paralleling gen-set controllers and on one site
  • Dead bus closing support to protect the generators by ensuring the controllers communicate over a CAN link and can determine which one closes onto the dead BUS first
  • Easy installation and commissioning
      • The converter is ready to use without any configuration    
  • Supported ComAp controllers:
    • IGS-NT family, InteliGen product family
    • IS-NT(C) and GSC product family   
  • Supported third party controllers:
    • DSE8610 MKII
    • DSE8620 MKII (converted to DSE 8610 application)
